Policy Roundtables

To answer the needs of those facing hunger and food insecurity in our community, good public policy – federal, state and local – is crucial. The Public Policy Team holds policy roundtable discussions in different parts of Dallas County to provide community leaders with the information and legislative updates required to weigh in as policy decisions are being made that affect area residents.

Community leaders from organizations across Dallas County gather to learn about federal nutrition policy and its impact on hunger, health, education and other issues.
